SLF and PBG

  • PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) is the building approval that replaced IMB under the Omnibus Law, and SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) is the functional worthiness certificate required before a building can be lawfully occupied or operated.
  • Both documents are mandatory for commercial buildings; Axis Eight coordinates the technical drawings, KKPR confirmation, and submissions to the local government on your behalf.
