Representative Office
- A Representative Office (KPPA / KP3A) lets a foreign parent company establish a non-revenue-generating presence in Indonesia for market research, liaison, and promotional activities.
- It does not require the capital commitment of a PT PMA, but its activities are strictly limited and a Chief Representative Officer (CRO) must be appointed.
