Entertainment KITAS

  • KITAS is valid for a maximum of 6 months and cannot be extended.
  • This KITAS is intended for people who work in the entertainment sector (e.g. models, film directors, DJs, musicians).
  • This residence permit allows you to earn a salary in Indonesia and work as a freelancer.
  • Entertainment KITAS is sponsored by Legal Legends.
  • You can apply for this residence permit from abroad or from Indonesia.
  • It allows you to enter and leave the country as you wish.
  • You must respect the area indicated on your work permit (Badung area).
  • It is possible to reapply for this KITAS after 6 months.

Entertainment KITAS

The duration of the work permit can be adapted according to your stay in Indonesia (maximum 6 months).

Exit Permit Only (EPO): After 6 months, you must break the KITAS with an EPO. Price starts from IDR 2,000,000.

  • University Diplomas or Bachelor's Degree
  • CV (Curriculum Vitae)
  • Copy of bank statements for the last 3 months with a minimum of USD 2,000
  • Insurance with your name in PDF format
  • Address in Indonesia
  • Employment contract with an Indonesian company
  • Current electronic visa (ONSHORE only)
  • Boarding pass (OFFSHORE only)

Important Notes

  • This residence permit allows you to earn a salary in Indonesia as a self-employed person.
  • To obtain this residence permit you must be sponsored by our agency or by an Indonesian company with a specific license.
  • It is valid for a maximum of 6 months.
  • You can enter and leave the territory as you wish.
  • You must respect the region associated with your work permit.
  • You cannot sponsor your relatives with this KITAS.
  • If you exceed the validity date of the KITAS, the penalty is 1 million IDR per day per person.
  • It is possible to convert a KITAS into another KITAS with the Bridge Visa.
  • After 6 months you must break the KITAS with an EPO — this procedure is mandatory if you wish to reapply for a residence permit in Indonesia.
  • You can reapply for Entertainment KITAS once it is finished.
  • Immigration reserves the right to change the regulations at any time.
